Antarktikos was launched during a polar symposium at the Omniversum in The Hague, Netherlands on the evening of May 19, 2022. The founder of the magazine, Esther Kokmeijer, did a special presentation in the Omniversum’s IMAX theatre. Here’s her introduction:
