The illustration was created for "Sharks: Myth and Mystery", a temporary exhibit at Monterey Bay Aquarium in 2004.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was enlarged to 20 feet in length for the exhibit—the actual size of an adult Great White Shark.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kirsten was honored to meet Jaws author, the late Peter Benchley and amazing underwater photographer, David Doubilet, at the aquarium's 20 year anniversary celebration in 2004.
